A perfumer’s blend of extra virgin olive oil delicately flavoured with citrus notes of lemon, bergamot and petitgrain to dress salads, vegetables and fish or simply enjoyed with delicious bread.
Oil from the Perales de Valdueza Estate, Extremadura, western Spain, produced with Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picual and the rare Morisca olives found only in this region.
